These Terms and Conditions, together with our online booking form, constitute the entire agreement between you (“the customer”) and AirportTrips.com regarding the provision of taxi services (“the Service”). By completing a booking and using our services, you accept these terms unconditionally.
1. General Terms
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Existing bookings remain at the original rate.
- Minimum 2 hours’ notice is required for online bookings. Call or WhatsApp for urgent bookings.
- You are responsible for allowing enough travel time. We are not liable for missed flights due to late departures.
- Select a suitable vehicle size for your passengers and luggage.
- Complete all booking fields accurately and provide special instructions if necessary.
2. Journey Variations & Charges
- Additional charges apply for route changes, delays, or extra stops.
- Airport pickups include 45 minutes free waiting from flight landing. After that, charges apply.
- From addresses: 5 minutes free, then £7.50/15 mins (Saloon), £10/15 mins (Minibus/Executive).
3. No-Show Policy
- Airport pickups: 60 minutes maximum wait. No contact = no-show, no refund.
- From addresses: Be ready on time. Delays incur waiting charges.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancel via email/WhatsApp with order number.
- Full refund with 12+ hours’ notice.
- Charges apply if the driver has already been dispatched.
5. Complaints & Subcontracting
- Complaints must include your reference number and journey details.
- We may use trusted partner companies to complete journeys.
6. Passenger Conduct
- You are responsible for all passenger behavior.
- Cleaning fees apply if the vehicle is soiled.
- Service may be refused for intoxicated or abusive passengers. No refunds issued.
7. Flight Tracking & Delays
- We track flights to align with your arrival.
- We are not liable for traffic delays or unforeseen circumstances.
- We’ll provide an alternate vehicle if delays occur.
8. Missed Pickups
- If the driver is missing, call us immediately.
- Taking another taxi without informing us voids refund eligibility.
9. Vehicle or Driver Changes
We reserve the right to change your driver or vehicle when necessary.
10. Safety & Insurance
- Smoking, eating, and drinking are prohibited in all vehicles.
- All vehicles are insured. Personal belongings are carried at your own risk.
- You are responsible for loading/unloading your luggage.
- In case of a breakdown, an alternative vehicle will be dispatched.
11. Child Passengers
- Each child counts as one passenger regardless of age.
- Request child seats when booking, or bring your own and install it yourself.
12. Emergencies & Force Majeure
We may cancel services and issue refunds in cases of national emergencies, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.
13. Private Bookings
Private bookings with drivers are not permitted. We hold no responsibility for any issues arising from unofficial arrangements.
14. Receipts
- Drivers can issue a business card-sized receipt.
- Email receipts may take up to 2 working days if requested on the day of travel.
